A Racing Career
So - you are considering a career in professional off road raci41.  Professional off road raci41 is not for everyone.  In fact it is only for the few. Most people can talk the talk but only a few can walk the walk and perform.  Our raci41 college is all about performance.  Our college historically has only worked with the best of the best in the pro ranked races.  And now for the last few years are working with some of the best of the best amateurs races.  Our college is here for those racers who can prove them selves to be included in with the best of the best.   We are all about performing through higher educational standards.

Motocross & Supercross raci41 is all about performance no matter what form it undertakes.  If you can perform you will still on the circuit.  If you cannot perform your raci41 career will be short lived.  If you follow our educational raci41 road it will be the most challenging and demanding career you will have ever pursed.  You will find out exactly what you are make of as you travel this road.  Your character, integrity, personally, commitment - who you really are is revealed to you.  Racing as a career - is not for everyone.  In fact it is only for the very few.  If this road were easy everyone would be on it.  But in fact, it is the hardest road in town and everyone is looking for the shortcuts to the top.  There are none – don’t’ waist your time looking.  Racing is the threshold art form of self-perfection, a quest only the very few undertake.  So, do not step out onto this road unless you are willing and committed to go the distance. 

The fact that you are now reading this section of our raci41 college may suggests that you could be one of those chosen few.  But at this point talking the talk is easy to do.  Walking the walk is another story and is what raci41 is about. Remember this as you continue to investigate into this career field - it does not matter what other people think about whether you should or should not.  It only matter what you think.  I strongly recommend that you listen to your Inner-self and be true to what it tells you.

Guard Your Racing Secrets
Our College
We are not the usual two or four day motocross riding schools.  This is a professional raci41 college that has a two and four year degrees program.  These programs have a curriculum designed for the student to have complete syllabi and lesson plans in their course of study.  We also have a continuing education department that offers independent course study outside of our core-racing curriculum.
Learning “How To Learn”
In all of the school and college educational systems I have been involved in I was always told what I was going to learn, but never told or taught how to learn.  In our college program we teach you "How To Learn".  We have found that
understanding the process of learning improves the student’s rate of learning and comprehension. By teaching our students how to learn it opens up and allows new thinking pathways into their perceptive awarenesses.  This in its self is a tremendous advantage to the rider when it comes to his or her applied applications in raci41 strategies.
Learning = Acquiring And Application
The word “Learning” means to both acquire and apply new knowledge and/or information.  Unfortunately, school systems of today emphasis the acquiring part of learning but place little or no emphasis on how to apply this new information.  It has been our observation that this is an error in thinking.  We find that application alone separates the number one rider from the rest of the competition.  Number one wins because they know how to strategically apply what they know.  Therefore “Application” is the major factor that determines intelligence - not the acquisition of knowledge.  I believe that application is the I.Q. of intelligence - not the accumulation - that allows you to beat out the competition.  While acquisition of knowledge is important, it is not as strategic as the application - whether in business or athletics.  The acquiring part of learning requires more time than its counterbalancing part, application.  In fact the acquisition of knowledge takes up about 95% of your time while the application of this same knowledge requires about 5%.  It is important to keep this in mind if you are considering higher education.  The quality of higher education can and does vary from institution to institution.  Check out their programs to make sure they are what you want.  Competitive raci41 is about how well you can put things together and effectively apply them into a strategy.
Cross Application
Cross application is a highly advanced form of applied learning.  It is the ability to study another profession and then immediately take what was learned and apply it directly into your expertise or profession.  Obviously this ability is lacking in the world today as very few people have or display the skill level.
The Educational Prison Of Limited Thinking
In my search to identify the qualities that separate #1 from all the rest I found:
1. The intelligence of strategically applied skill levels
2. And a well-focused attitude of intent determination
These two attributes repeatedly re-appeared in all #1’s no matter what forms of competition.  But I also have identified the lack of or missing skill level applications, as well as cross applications in the other teams.  I believe this to be an acquired behavior from our public educational system’s conditioning.  Their outdated system of teaching is why our grade schools, junior and high schools, and colleges are failing.  And it has carried over into and affecting our athletic skill level performances, too.  Public educational systems still use a teaching system first founded the 1700’s.  Today more students are going around this outdated system by a home study program. 
The function of any educational program is so you can improve your self.  Lower educational standards begat less while higher stands beget more.  In simple terms the apple will fall its tree.  But when people begin avoiding public systems by replacing them with something else it says that something is most definitely lacking in that system.  The end-result of the public educational systems at all levels has been to conditioning of unwanted behavioral responses that generate self-limiting thinking.  And if this were not scary enough - the real nightmare is that most are so well conditioned that they are not aware enough to even recognize it.  And the problem gets worse when these behaviors of self-limited thinking carry over into athletic failures.
Success Equation
I have assembled below one of the best success secrets for success that I know.  It states to carefully “Plan your work, work your plan, evaluate performance feedback, and apply what was learned to your next performance.  The equation for this success secret can be expressed as:

(Plan + Do + Review + Re-apply) Every Performance

The use of this equation assures you that each step will continually improve your performances.  Therefore it is an organized plan for improvement. 
Self-Competition
Present day teaching systems create well-conditioned limitations in your thinking process.  We call this thinking inside the box.  This behavior always holds the athlete’s greatest performances back.  Yes, I know that you can compete against others but there will always be something lacking in your performance - that extraordinary something.  I have identified this extraordinary something to be in the attitude of a well-focused mind.  This attitude then produces the extraordinary performance.  It is the attitude of intent determination that is not found in mind of those individuals that are just competing against others.  It can only be found when the athlete starts to compete against himself.  This level of competition is known as self-competition.  He is the competition that he must overcome and beat if he is to become the very best that he can. 

To break away from the public school conditioning factors that produced a self-limiting behavior the athlete must change the ways he or she thinks.  Stepping out of the box is a good first action.  This allows you to begin thinking differently.  So, let me ask you this question, “Who is your greatest competition?”  Sun Tzu an ancient warlord said it best. He said; “I looked into the minor and saw the enemy for the first time.  But when I made him my ally we became invincible.”  Therefore in the purest since of competition, you are your greatest competition.  It is not about getting inside of your opposition’s head that allows you to win but rather it is about getting inside of your head.
Self-Perfection
The road of self-competition leads the athlete to the highest level of achievement and performance.  At this level the athlete always gives that extraordinary something in his performances.  This level of performance can only come from the individual’s inner desire and drive to achieve self-perfection.   Therefore I believe that the highest level of competition can only be achieved through the aspired level of self-perfection.  When you reach this top level of competition you will find it there waiting for you.  Self-perfection is the only level worthy of the true athlete’s participation.
Synergy
Synergy is defined as the total competitive energy available to the athlete or athletes to compete with.  It is an energy level greater that the sum of its parts.  And if you know how to incorporate this magical and mythical higher energy level your team becomes invincible, unstoppable, unbeatable, and unapproachable.
Athletes who possess all of the above qualities of character can see beyond the horizon and into the future.  They can create whatever they want and they get it.  To possess this level of competition you become the master over all competition and create the outcomes that you are wanting.  The lack of achieving this level leaves you and your team at the mercy of the ones who have achieved it. 
Threshold Competition
Most schools teach their athletes to competitive against the other teams.  So, their drives never go beyond beating the other teams.  Your next step is to pursue advanced skill level training and development.  If you are thinking, developing your advanced skill level by training you are still thinking inside the box.  But when you realize that the other teams are using these methods too, then your next step is to go outside the box and discover higher levels of skill training and development.  You can keep going higher and faster until you reach the limits of competition.  What are the limits in competition?  To be able to extract and utilize 100% of your team’s ability to perform.  We call this concept “Threshold Competition” in racing, allowing you to be able to perform at or near the limits in every event.

When your thinking is limited to competing against others – your performances will always be just adequate for the occasion.  But when you elevate your thinking to threshold competition you move into a completely new category.  Threshold competition puts the athlete directly into the position of competing at or near their 100% ability to perform (self-perfection).  Teaching, training, and developing this well-focused mental attitude is the only way of achieving your goal to reach the highest level of competition known as self-competition. 
Behavior Modification
To reach this level of athletic competition it demands that you delete outdated skill levels and replace them with effective and upgraded new ones.   Teaching and training new skill level techniques at threshold speeds demand a quality program of behavior modification.  A well-defined mental and physical training program starts to change the performance outcomes significantly.
Balance
Balance means leverage.  Leverage means mechanical advantage.  And mechanical advantage means the skill level ability to do the same or more work with less effort.  In the universe all things contain their opposite - therefore all things must be in balance to perform at or near their 100% ability to do so.  If you push or try to hard at something you get the exact opposite of what you are trying to achieve.  This is an example of being out of balance with the universe.  Balancing the athlete is a highly technical and specialized process.  The athlete is not just a body - he or she is also a spirit with a mind who expresses emotions.  Therefore the physical body that you see is made up of 4-elements;
1. Spirit
2. Mind
3. Body
4. Emotions

When these four are in perfect harmonic balance there is nothing that the will cannot bend to its will.  The ability to balance all four was a real challenge for me.  But once I figured out the balancing process and could effectively apply it - we won everytime.
What Does Winning Mean?
Our college does not use the teaching methods found in the public school systems.  We teach at the level of “Self-Perfection”.  I want you to know that only a few athletes can actually accomplish this level of competition.  So, our college is not for everyone.  In fact it is for those select few who can walk-the-walk.  You should also know that we cannot walk through this doorway for the rider, he must do that for himself.  We can however, show him the doorway, help and assist his learning as he aspires to his highest level of competition. 

Therefore know that we teach our riders to win but at a level of standards far beyond those seen in all other levels of athletic competition.  We teach you to dominate the other competition by expanding and deepening your own awareness and perceptions to new levels of applied knowledge application.  What does winning mean?  It is the strategic process of applying what you know and allowing you to prevail over others.  But more important than this, it is the end-results to the goal of an individual’s quest for his own self-perfection. 

Image a dream team so far advanced that their skill levels are absolutely incredible.  Skill levels that are so far advanced that the best of the best teams in the world today could never compete against them.
Learning To Race – The Process
The process of learning to race is a highly organized step-by-step sequence of skill level development.  It starts with very slow practice and with training and development speed follows.  As you evolve and step up to the next training level speed follows.  This evolving process continues until you have completed the step-by-step learning process and your speed is up to raci41 level.  But do not think that you can go out and start to practice what you think is correct.  Practice does not make perfect.  But it does make permanent, as what you practice becomes an automatic habit when you race.  If you do not like any part of your raci41 habits then it is time to change them.   But they can only be changed in your planned practice.  Without this – it just is not going to happen for you.  
Speed & Going Faster
Speed is a lot more than just the above skill level learning sequence.  We have found that speed is only a by-produce of body-bike control, balance, and stability.  We call this sequence of three - CBS and speed is its resultant factor.  The better each one of these three become the faster you will go.  But they must be learned in their correct sequence of you will experience a much longer and extended training and development time.
Classes
Classes are small, 5 or less students.  In this way the teacher-student ratio remains highly effective. 

Imagine a place where the only thing you do all day long is to study raci41.  A place where there is no other agenda.  A place where you can eat it, sleep it, breathe it, and drink it 24-hours a day.  A place where there is no interruptions, no distractions or interference, no outside disturbances at all.  A place where you go to discuss, read, study, and practice raci41 ideals and techniques all day long.

And while you are in this small group, studying raci41 something wonderful begins to happen.  A unseen bright clear white mist of pure light energy begins to from around.  When this happens to you everything seems – reachable and accomplishable.  This magical mystical clear white mist is knows as the synergistic energy created by the small group and is greater that the sum of its parts.  It will boost the study group to a point far beyond imagination – to a place where you never want to come home.  It will stimulate you to accomplish and achieve far more than what anyone else ever thought possible.  And it will take you to a place where you never knew you always wanted to go.  A place where dreams always come true.
Your Championship
What you do today brings your championship one day closer to you.  The better organized and planned you are the faster it comes to you.  And what you do tomorrow continues this process.  If you do nothing tomorrow them your championship goes in another direction.  The secret of bringing your championship to you is how well you plan and perform your practice each day.  Answer this question and them follow the thoughts you wrote down.  What would the number team or rider practice today?

Developing your skill level to - at or near the top threshold speeds is an absolute necessity.  Remember - the quality of techniques your practice for body-bike control, balance, and stability is your practice.  Perfect practice is what you must do every practice.  There is not substitute for demanding quality practice.  Practice builds the raci41 habit.  The raci41 habit is what you automatically do when raci41.  It requires no thought process as it happens automatically and withouthesitation.  Perfect practice makes perfect raci41 habits.  Quality practice is the real thing that brings your championship to you and makes your wishes and dreams turn into your life experiences.
Changes Are Inevitable
As professional educators we recognize that “change is inevitable” in this world and we must meet these changes.  Adapting into new educational situations is a very important requirement, especially when it comes to meeting the needs of self-directed students. Therefore we teach the family how to become a professional race team.  Our educational program spans a full spectrum of raci41 knowledge that includes class study for all members of the race team family.

We establish lifelong relationships with all of our riding and raci41 students and their families.  Our plan continues to support and work with all of our students and their families no matter their needs or wants.
 

We also recognize that we must learn and apply what was learned to the future. With this in mind we continually upgrade and re-evaluate our college program. From the above known requirements we have designed, developed, and operate one of the best adaptive self-directed student educational programs anywhere in this world today. In today’s world, self-directed educational standards represent the best of the best in quality education. Our raci41 college agrees with the theories of Dr. Abraham Maslow and implements them into our raci41 program.
Self-Directed Students & Dr. Maslow’s Findings
As an educator Dr. Abraham Maslow did extensive research in psychology on personality traits and presented these findings in his "Theory Of The Development Of Your Personality". Dr. Maslow expressed the developmental growth of the mind as a "Hierarchy of Needs" and the "Self-Actualization Individual" (Highest Level of Development) is at the top of this hierarchy. Dr. Maslow suggests that human needs maybe conceived of as a hierarchy in which the needs that stand at the bottom must be satisfied before those at the top can be fulfilled. In Dr. Maslow's said this about self-actualize individuals, "A musician must make music, an artist must paint, a poet must write, if he is to be at peace with himself". But Dr. Maslow, also, found it very difficult to find self-actualized individuals. This difficulty may stem from not hanging out at the gathering places of these artists. However, motocross and Supercross race tracks are such gathering places and I have found self-directed students are everywhere. It has been my personal experience to find self-actualizing and self-directed individuals amazing students to work with. We also have found it works better if we work with these young individuals in a one-on-one educational relationship. And since we have placed our raci41 college program into operation we are now finding that these self-actualized individuals are now seeking us out. It is always a great pleasure to be associated with such high quality students. These types of students are the type every teacher dreams about. Teaching self-directed students has always been a pleasure and a lot of fun.

Dr. Maslow identified specific personality characteristics found within self-actualized individuals. To simplify them he grouped them into four major qualities of personal character development. They are:
1. Awareness
2. Honesty
3. Freedom
4. And Trust

These personality traits are seen in the Myers-Briggs "Personality Types And Traits" identification testing. The Myers-Briggs guide provides you with the information you need to fully understand your personality and behaviors. These personality behaviors are broken down into "Type Indicators". Everyone who takes the type indicator questionnaire initially should receive its interpretation from a qualified individual. This type indicator personality guide is designed to assist you in learning more about who you are. It also is designed to allow you to monitor and see how you are changing as you grow, develop, and evolve throughout your life.

Dr. Maslow also identified the specific qualities associated with "Self-Actualized Individuals". They include the following
  1. They are realistically oriented
  2. They accept themselves, other people
  3. They have a great deal of spontaneity
  4. They are problem-centered rather than self-centered.
  5. They have an air of detachment and a need for privacy.
  6. They are autonomous and independent.
  7. Their appreciation of people and things is fresh rather than
       stereo typed.
  8. Most of them have had profound mystical or spiritual
      experiences although not necessarily religious in character.
  9. They identify with mankind.
10. Their intimate relationship with a few specially loved people
       tend to be profound and deeply emotional rather than
       superficial.
11. Their values and attitudes are democratic.
12. They do not confuse means with ends.
13. Their sense of humor is philosophical rather than hostile.
14. They have a great fund of creativeness.
15. They resist conformity to the culture.
16. They transcend the environment rather than just coping with it.

It has been my experience to observe that self-directed students exhibit many of the above personality traits and qualities. So am I saying that self-actualized and self-directed are very similar or the same. Maybe, maybe not, but the real truth about their similar relationships is that they are most definitely very similar. One noted difference between self-actualized and self-directed individuals is their age. Life’s experiences and, for that matter all experiential events have always gone beyond words, language, and science.  Therefore the capacity for learning and believing is enlarged, deepened, and accelerated tremendously by the process of experiencing.  Perhaps with a greater probably self-directed individuals are on their way to become self-actualized. In today’s education platform, teachers must be more than just educators, they must be compass needles that guide and care for the individual, as well. This is something that is greatly lacking in our educational systems today. Maybe this is because this specific teaching trait requires the teacher to go that extra mile for the student.

Self-Directed Students
It is very easy to recognize these individuals who are very serious about what they want to and are learning. They are the self-directed individuals who are in the process of "fulfilling themselves the best way they can" and get on the road that allows them to become completely self-actualized. These individuals are capable of quality performance. And their raci41 performances show this strong "Inner Drive". In our everyday world self-directed students are harder to find, but in the raci41 world they are readily present and can be found just about anywhere. Maybe our educational system leaders should try hanging out at places where self-actualized individuals gather. May I suggest to you who are educational leaders to consider two very important questions about taking a first step into unfamiliar territory.

They are:
1. What do I have to lose?
2. What do I have to gain?

Remember, as a professional teacher the focus must be on the student. You are the guiding beacon that provides the light and wisdom that awakens the sleeping creative miracles within us all.

I have observed that these young riders and racers are highly successful at whatever they pursue. Their success is dependent upon their own "clarity of mental image". We teach that the mental clarity is their power to succeed. So, as teachers, compass needles, and team leaders, our raci41 college program demonstrates a very positive synergy. The working relationship between you will be more than what we are individually.
Synergy Integrated Into Our Self-Directed Students
Synergy is another leading educational attribute found within our raci41 college. This educational quality has allowed the student-teacher relationship to be collectively than the sum of its parts. That is to say that the student and the teacher continuing build and feed off of the other in a very exciting cyclic process.

A student-teacher synergic relationship is one where the sum collections of raci41 information and knowledge is greater than the sum of each individual involved in the relationship. Our unique educational system integrates this synergic relationship into each of our students and classes. This quality of classroom directs and orchestrates the student’s mind in concert to:

1. Increase creativity, flexibility, and innovation
2. Allow them to quickly learn how to be successful
3. Teaches them that leadership is shared
4. Teaches them better and safer ways of Risk Taking and how 
    to experiment and achieve better answers and solutions.
5. Teaches them not to be afraid to disagree.

     risk factors.

Most self-directed racers usually demonstrate at least three of the five qualities above. Their riding and raci41 skills levels and performance normally express it. In my teaching experiences I have always found that a synergistic teacher-student relationship will always score better than the sum of their individual scores.

Having a synergistic relationship allows us to utilize "Brain Storming" in our classes. "Brain Storming" is a vital part of our raci41 college mental linking program. The process of "Brain Storming" is 95% the gathering of information and only 5% to place it into action. There are no bad ideas. We have consistently found that it’s never the idea that matters – but rather what you do with it that counts. We teach the individual to always look for and see the opportunities.

Our educational process is expressed through the term "Learning". We define learning as having a two-part process. First is the collection and accumulation of information/knowledge. The second is the applying or the application this information/knowledge. Therefore learning and brainstorming work well together in any educational process.
Rapport
Rapport is another great educational quality we have employed in our teacher-student relationships. Rapport is a word and a concept worth utilizing in any learning situation. Rapport is the ability to let or make others experience that which is understood by you. Rapport comes from root work "pacing", which means:

1. Meeting the other person in their world
2. Reflecting what he or she knows to be true
3. Matching and blending their verbal and nonverbal behaviors
    into the team's focus.

Faster Learning
Off the raci41 circuit thinking is such that if the item is not broken then do not try to fit it. However, on the raci41 circuit we always look for better way to do things. The concept of always looking for better and faster ways to do things also fits education, too. Learning faster is a lot more fun than being required to learn at the slowest rate. Mind Balancing
In raci41 it is all about mental training, growth, and development. This process, when done correctly allows the individual to evolve to a higher level of awareness and understand thus allowing him or her go reach their own limits. Balancing the mind is another great benefit now available to us. 

HemiSync Sources has figured out a way to orchestrate the complete mind to work in concert in the individual’s athletic performances. Our initial testing found better lap times and better finishes.

Mental Analysis
We employ several mental analysis programs to allow the student to learn more about themselves and allow them to pursue their inner drive more constructively and effectively.

The research provided by Dr. Maslow and the Myers-Briggs Personality Profile are but two examples of learning to understand yourself. The Myers-Briggs personality trait typing provides each student with his or her strengths and weaknesses, as well as his or her preferred traits and non-preferred traits. Our minds remember everything that we have been exposed to throughout our years and life’s experiences on this planet. Knowing how to successfully link new information into this astonishing memory system we have is one of our educational secrets.  As you will learn as you read more about learning - raci41 is a 95% mental application and only a 5% physical application.  I have never met a rider who trains at the 95% rate of learning.  When they first experience this tremendous accelerated rate of learning for the first time it gives then a emotions rush that is like nothing else they have ever experienced.  When you compare mental and physical learning and do the math you will discover that what takes the physical training methods 20 years to learn and acquire only take one year and a few weeks through the mental training process.  Our unique raci41 college educational system has been able to accumulate literally hundreds of years of raci41 knowledge and place it in an unique order of presentation in a individualized self-directed program.  To my knowledge no other educational system in the world has done this yet.
