Wow, I can't say enough about the daily use of garlic, especially if it is fresh squeezed.  Garlic has proven itself over and over again on the motocross raci41 circuit.  Not only does it help prevent high impact injuries and bruising but it helps by shortening the recovery and healing of that same injury.  As you will learn in your studies through our library that body fluids, such as blood, out of their normal vascular channels significantly prolongs the healing and recovery times of any injury.  I strongly recommend a daily program of taking some form of garlic that performs.  Let's continue this discussion by sharing some more amazing information about garlic. 

Garlic is not only a preventive Holistic treatment (Prehab), but is a corrective herb (Rehab), as well. For many centuries fresh garlic has been one of the natures best holistic healing herbs. It is the only herb that spans all eleven Herbal categories. The German Reformfachschule bases the following findings on the scientific research works. Garlic - has the following healthful effects:

External & Internal Usage
Garlic can be used externally for inflamed wounds or sores (antibiotic). Fresh raw garlic sliced or crushed, is a very effective holistic remedy and has a softening, soothing, and relaxing effect on the tissues.

Garlic can be used internally for decreasing high blood pressure by thinning the blood and straightens vessels. This added healing quality minimizes bruising and shortens healing and recovery times. This healing quality is especially helpful in all metabolic disorder such as, diabetes, intestinal cancer, or rheumatoid arthritis.

Dual Purpose
Also, it is the primary herb used to prevent and correct cardiovascular diseases such as, transits ischemic attaches (TIA), strokes, and heart attaches.

Garlic's Relationship To Athletic Competition
The intake of Garlic daily is a must if you are involved in high stressful athletic physical activities. This garlic produces a very high injury resistance quality in the body. That is to say, it takes harder impact forces to produce the same degrees of tissue damage and bleeding (Anti-bruising Herb). Not only is it a bruise resistance substance, I have found it allows the injured site to recovers up to 50% faster. That is to say, rather than taking months, it only takes weeks. Or, rather than taking weeks, it only takes days. Having stronger body tissues that are more resistance to injuries and having faster healing times give you another edge in highly competitive sports. Consider the successful use of garlic in your daily diet and in your training program.

This is another impressive point about garlic performance. Unlike any or all drugs, Herb's such as garlic, have no harmful side effects, do not subtract from athletic performance, and are completely safe.

Dosage Recommendation
1. Prehab - once a day
2. Rehab - two to three times per day taken with the meal depending on the amount of injury or blood out of its vascular channels (bruising).

Don't think that all garlic products are equal and will perform the same. They don't.  Many manufactures garlic products range from very little to no-effect. We have found the best form of garlic intake is to fresh squeeze your own.  But we have also found that cold processing (room temperature) produces a reliable produce.  Check to make sure the garlic you are using was make in a cold processing manner.  When you add garlic to your daily schedule you too may witnessed many incredible and faster recoveries.  Remember that garlic has outstanding performances both in Prevention and Correction of human ailments.

Garlic (HPG), combined with parsley (a blood detoxifier), allows odorless results but retains all of the total biological healing properties. One tablet daily re-establishes the intestinal flora, prevents minstrel cramping, and reinstates alimentary canal regularity.

Caution
Not all manufacturers’ herbs work the same. Some manufacturers dilute their products so much that the product works slower or not at all. In raci41 I have learned that only performance counts. And if I continued using the product it was because it was performing. So remember, many manufacturers’ products just don’t work at the levels necessary for the racers. I personally know that the ones listed here do perform and so do the riders who use them.
Be your own judge about which works best for you. If you do not know than call the company or look for these words on the container:

2. Cold Processed
3. All Natural
Then it will not perform like those who do.
