Why Detoxify
Never before in the history of our planet has there ever been such an overwhelming volume of toxic materials dumped upon us through our air supply, water supply, food supply and into our bodies.  This increases our need to implement natural, Wholistic, organic forms of food and diet and purified water along with methods of detoxification.  Because of this ongoing and growing toxic exposure each individual should consider changing to nutritious food sources, regular and periodic nutritional testing, as well as the utilization of internal and external detoxification methods.  Some of these Internal and External methods are listed below.

Dietary Detoxification Methods
Apple Detoxification Diet
Liver-Gall Bladder Detoxification Flush
Alkaline Diet & Live Cell Foods

Internal Detoxification Methods
Colon Therapy
Chelation Therapy

External Detoxification Methods (Self-Administered)
Baking Soda Bath
Epsom Salt & Apple Cider Vinegar Bath
Skin Brushing
Long Term Dietary Abuse
After years of poor thinking, eating, and exercising habits the body and blood vessels gradually become blocked by obstructions, such as plaguing, reducing vital blood flow to those systems, organs, or tissues sites. This blood starvation deprives that site of oxygen, nutrients, and other needed and necessary blood chemistries. Any loss of circulation, whether by a slow or fast process, leads to blood vessel diseases. The frequently occurring major blood vessel diseases include:

  1. Heart conditions and angina pain
  2. Strokes
  3. Memory loss
  4. Circulation reduction or loss (both peripheral and internal)
  5. Vision loss
  6. Cancer and any chemotherapy therapies which create very toxic
      conditions
  7. And heavy metal poisonings; such as lead, mercury, excessive iron,
      to name just a few.
  8. Snake, insect, and spider toxic venoms
  9. Loss of life's vitality, vigor, and zest
10. And loss of smell and taste

Is it better to avoid these conditions than to experience them? Remember,
"20-20 Hindsight" is such a painfully hard and regretful teacher
Blocked Blood Vessels
Blocked blood vessels (eating animal protein and dairy products) can cause skin ulceration's in feet and legs by provoking sores and preventing them from healing. If left uncorrected, this condition can progress to gangrene and the loss of that extremity. These conditions are more commonly found in those individuals who are just not user friendly with their body. That is to say, those individuals who eat, drink, and smoke unwisely or excessively. Diabetes, as an example, is just one of these diseases resulting from uneducated and unhealthy lifestyle habits. And, as history teaches us, "It's no fun being placed in a health crisis situation".
Peripheral Vascular Disease
In 1989, a double blind study found that 99% of the patients afflicted with peripheral vascular disease, following Chelation Therapy treatments, showed significant improvements (11). As an example, Diabetics commonly suffer from peripheral vascular disease.

This self-help sections is divided into two parts; Internal Detoxification and External Detoxification.
