and Recovery |
| Self-Help Supplies |
All of the supplies needed or necessary that
are mentioned in this chapter or in our rehab guidelines and
rehab exercising self-help programs are available in our Bookstore.
In this chapter you will learn about the following processes:
1. The four regeneration phases of tissue repair
2. Tissue growth (trophic functions) and regeneration
3. Electromagnetic Field stimulations
a. Ceramic Magnets
b. Orgone Accumulator
c. Diapulse
d. Magnetic Wave Oscillators
e. Tesla’s High Frequency
Coil
4. Itching & Healing
5. Skin Brushing
6. Herbs & Vitamins
When an area is injured the tissue is torn and damaged which
allows body fluids to leak out of their vascular channels and
into surrounding tissue areas. This unwanted fluid flow results
in a condition known as swelling. And swelling, over a longer
time period involving the processes of dehydration and fluid
removal, becomes known as edema. As the injured tissue starts
its healing process it will travel through four known stages
or phases of tissue repair.
The four regenerative stages or phases of injured tissue repair
are known as:
1. Active Congestion
2. Passive Congestion
3. Consolidation
4. Blastic Deformation
Active Congestion
Active congestion is the initial phase that immediately follows
tissue injury. Pain, due to the interruption of the body’s
Aura (electromagnetic field) is the first outward symptoms that
the individual will experience. Pain is only one of the body's
indicators that tissue damage or injury has occurred. Pain can
be eliminated by the artificially recreating the body‘s
aura with a magnetic field. This process also starts to redirect
the unwanted fluid exchanges (swelling) back to their proper
vascular locations within the body.
But pain also triggers the body's protective survival mechanism
called "Shock" (see the "Shock" chapter
in the "Rider Problems" section). The Shock mechanism
starts a group or series of predetermined body actions and/or
reactions down an automatic sequenced course of events including
the automatic shut down the electromagnetic energy to secondary
and tertiary systems. A major tertiary system, the colon in
the digestive tract, gets shut down. The colon is responsible
for approximately 85% of all unwanted material elimination from
the body. Strange as this may initially sound, the shutting
down process of the colon greatly complicates the body’s
healing and recovery processes. It would be like plugging up
your toilet with crap and then flushing it over and over again.
I think you get the picture. See the chapter on "Colon
Therapy" in the "Rider Remedies" section. The
colon is the underlying problem in 92% of all known disease
processes occurring within man. And remember here that some
things are true whether you believe them or not. Colon therapy
will cut off months in the total over all healing times in injury
recovery. Let’s continue with the four tissue phase changes.
Immediately following the injury, swelling begins to occur.
Blood and lymphatic fluids begins leaking outside of its normal
vascular channels into surrounding tissue spaces forming bruising,
swelling, and eventually edema, if not arrested or controlled.
This form of a space-occupying lesion will continue and go unchecked
until the body equalizes the pressure, or shuts down and stops,
and regains control of unwanted active fluid exchanging, such
as bleeding.
Passive Congestion
Passive congestion is the point in which injured tissue recovers
and where the body’s protective mechanisms have successfully
stopped the active leakage of blood and other body fluids out
into the surrounding tissue spaces. So, you can say, that shutting
down unwanted fluid flows includes blood loss, is one of the
first controlling steps the body's automatic protective mechanisms
carries out.
Consolidation
Consolidation is the removal of liquids from the liquid - solid
debris mixture of particles. It is the third step in cleaning
up and policing the removal of unwanted body materials, debris,
and fluids. In this step the liquids are removed. Blood is approximately
55% fluid and 45% solid material so blood removal presents an
unwanted debris problem. When the body removes the fluid it
also leaves behind approximately 45% of the blood’s solid
materials. The solid material left behind interferes with and
blocks the normal healing processes and mesenchymal tissue is
stimulated to repair the injury. Mesenchymal tissue is better
known as scar tissue. By artificial inducting of body’s
aura with electromagnetic fields the production of mesenchymal
tissue is halted and plastic reformation is initiated. The electromagnetic
blockage of the body’s aura causes the loss in awareness
of plastic regeneration and at the same time stimulates the
less desirable and cheaper forms and grades of mesenchymal connective
tissue (scar tissue) to be manufactured or generated.
Blastic Deformation
Blastic deformation is the last of the four and final phases
of injured tissue recovery. The problems the body faces in this
phase is to figure out what to do with the solid material and
debris left behind. And without the body’s auric field
(electromagnetic field) to direct and manage exact tissue replication
and repair the process of cheaper grades of connective tissue
manufacturing are automatically generated (mesenchyme tissue).
What the body does here is to turns the debris left behind into
soft (fibroblastic) and/or hard (osteoblastic) tissue deformation
deposited sites. In this phase muscles, tendons, and ligaments
can be turned into bone like tissues. When the body replaces
highly differentiated and functional tissues with cheap grades
of replacement tissue, specific structure-function relationships
can be permanently lost. So, any scar tissue replacements add
up to a total accumulation of deformity and permanent impairment.
So, maybe now you can begin to understand the importance of
why we need to regain the immediate electromagnetic control
(the body’s Aura) over the sites of injured tissue. This
action is your responsibility. This artificially induced body
aura stops the shifting of blood leakage out of its vascular
channels and into the surrounding tissues and immediately redirects
it back into these channels and/or out the normal lymphatic
drainage pathways. It is truly amazing to see swelling the size
of a grapefruit reduced back to normal extremities contours
within seconds with induced electromagnetic fields on an area
in active congestion. Bleeding or blood leakage out of its vascular
channels is a major complicating problem that interferes with
and prolongs normal recovery and healing processes, as well
as, the interferes with the quality of replacement tissues.
When "Blastic Deformation" is coupled with "Atrophy"
the injured area and problem under go further into complication
of cheaper grades of scar replacement tissues and major losses
in structure-function relationships. In other words, the individual
becomes crippled or handicapped. In my opinion this process
is responsible for a well-known condition called "Aseptic
Necrosis". Aseptic necrosis is the death of tissue without
the decomposition by microorganisms or bacteria. Space occupying
lesion such as blood clots, hemorrhages, bruises, and other
forms of fluid swelling have a history of producing an interruption
in or loss of blood supply to its respective tissue. This in
turn causes aseptic necrosis to that respective tissue level.
Using accelerated regeneration techniques (Hypertrophy) such
as electromagnetics, which activates the body’s 100% recall
memory healing mechanisms to produce the best healing response
of all, known as "Plastic Regeneration". In short
the artificially induced electromagnetic fields direct and redirect
the body to remember exact wellness. Plastic regeneration greatly
reduces or eliminates the time factors and processes of consolidation
and blastic formation. This action reduces a four-step process
down to a two-step one.
Tissue Growth and Regeneration
The word that describes normal body growth and regeneration
activity and functions is called "Trophy". If the
growth or regeneration is greater than the "Normal Activity"
it is called "Hypertrophy". If it is less than the
normal activity it is called "Hypotrophy". Becoming
a disease process it is called "Atrophy" (a wasting
away).
Do you remember the old statement; "If you use it - you'll
build and develop it. If you don't - you'll lose it?" The
first part of this statement refers to the growth activity called
"Hypertrophy". The second part refers to the growth
activity called "Hypotrophy". If you catch it within
three days a disease process called Atrophy has set in. Atrophy
advances at the rate of 3% per day. So, within a little over
one month the area casted will be at an unbelievable deformity
rate of 100% atrophy or wasted away. A dominant regenerative
phase of atrophy promotes scar tissue [fibroblastic (soft connective
tissue and muscle, ligaments, and tendons) and osteoblastic
or hard (bone) connective tissue] formation while it discourages
plastic regeneration. Both fibroblastic (soft tissues) and osteoblastic
(bone tissues) regeneration are forms of aplastic deformation.
It makes no since at all to help the body heal and regenerate
an injury under the major influence of a disease process called
atrophy. It would be like driving down the interstate in reverse
gear only.
Yes, following an injury the body must be placed in a state
of physiological rest
to allow the body time to control and stabilize the injured
area. Yet, here is a neat piece of healing information. You
can immediately start working with the uninvolved side, which
will stimulate the injured area to start at healing process.
Yes, without moving the hurt area at all you can begin the healing
process by stimulating the same areas on the good side. This
naturally occurring body programmed response is called "Cross-over".
As the area starts its tissue repair (Hypotrophy – slower
than normal growth) the area begins its healing process.
This process is like first gear on a five-speed car. Also, the
activation of this first phase of the healing process allows
you to avoid the disease state known as "Atrophy".
Atrophy is the tissue state of without or no growth. And, as
the tissue get stronger, you can begin to be exercised them.
Once the tissue repair has processes through the normal degrees
of trophy in rehabilitative care they can advance into forth
and fifth gears known as "Hypertrophy". Hypertrophy
is the fastest rate possible for body healing. Hypertrophy is
only possible in normal tissues states and where they have recovered
from injury. And, by adding electromagnetics to this area you
add the quality of tissue regeneration ("Plastic Regeneration").
The above combinations reduce the healing times from years and
months and from months to days. I strongly feel this is the
direction the true healers will take. Any other course is just
unacceptable once you have experienced the healing processes
through hypnotic electromagnetic regeneration and restoration.
It can be exercised every day with normal daily activities but
only every other day using tissue building techniques and activities
or exercises creating a tissue state known as "Trophy".
Trophy is the normal growth and development of tissues. And
by placing the injured area in a normal tissue of restoration
known as trophy the tissue regeneration the area shifts into
second and third gear.
Electromagnetic Fields
Electromagnetics like:
1. Ceramic Magnets
2. Orgone Accumulator
3. Diapulse
4. Magnetic Wave Oscillators
5. Tesla’s High Frequency Coil
All of which can be employed right from the start of on these
types of problems. I will only discuss the first two of the
above in this chapter. However, the other three can be read
in the "Rider Remedies" section of our library.
1. Ceramic Magnets
Ceramic magnets are used throughout the healing process of the
injury. They artificially re-establish the body’s interrupted
auric electromagnetic field. Once this auric field has been
re-established by the magnets the pain reduces and generally
go away. As this happens the swelling starts to be reduced and
eliminated as the fluids are returns back into their vascular
system and the lymphatic system for elimination. Also they inhibit
and stop bacteria and invading organisms, which cause infections.
Ceramic magnets work great for:
1. Pain reduction and elimination
2. Swelling reduction and elimination
3. Infection reduction and elimination
They are ideal for the motocross rider. Plus - they never need
batteries or charging. You never have to plug them into a wall
socket or look for an electrical power supply. If you do not
have a pair of them consider getting them. They will last a
long time. I routinely use both sizes at the race tracks. The
N-1 is 1⁄2 x 2" x 6" and the N-2 is 1⁄2
x 4" x 6". The N-1’s work well for smaller areas,
such as the arms and lower legs, ankles, and feet. The N-2’s
work well on the upper legs, tarsal, shoulders, spine, head,
and upper arm regions. For more information about them see,
"Ceramic Magnets" in the "Rider Remedies"
section.
2. Orgone Accumulators
The energy needs of the body are much like those of an automobile.
That is to say, both need a carbon fuel source and an electrical
energy source. The car’s carbon fuel source is a liquid
substance called gasoline where the body’s carbon fuel
source is a substance called food. The food can be either a
liquid and/or solid form. The second energy source, electrical
energy, powers all the electrical needs of both the car and
the body. In a car, the battery, most generally a 12-volt direct
current system and an alternator (which charges the battery)
supplies its electrical needs. Orgone electrical energy, from
the word organism, supplies all the electrical energy needs
for the body. Like the car battery the body’s electrical
energy supply can become low and need charging. In the car the
alternator charges the battery. In the body the skin and the
eight Chakra points are responsible for absorbing Orgone energy
to charge up the biological electrical system
Whenever the car runs out of fuel or electrical energy it will
shut off. When the body runs out of food or electrical energy,
it too will shut down, as well. Let’s first consider the
car and relate its functions to that of the human body.
The car’s batteries and/or alternators (electromagnetic
supply) can go bad. It is a simple act to remove and replace
either or both on a car. Like the car, the body’s batteries
and charging systems can have trouble or go need boosting, as
well. And again, like the car, the body’s electrical energy
system has a highly selective distribution process. That is
to say, the most important systems, organs, tissues, and cells,
get the electromagnetic energy first. And the least important
of these systems gets theirs last. The most important systems
are more commonly known as "Primary Life Support"
systems, sometimes called "Vital Life Support" systems.
The body also has "Secondary" and "Tertiary"
life support systems that are classified by their functional
role of importance in supporting and maintaining the body’s
life. All secondary and tertiary systems get electrical energy
in their descending order of importance. So, when your body’s
batteries are low and go into their charging mode some systems
get shut down. In the body these lesser systems of important
get automatically shut down according to their values. In the
case of the body it shuts down the "Tertiary Systems"
first. And then, as the electromagnetic energy continues to
drain, the energy selective distribution process begins to shut
down the "Secondary Systems, next. If you have ever experienced
a shock reaction, you have experienced the automatic counter-shock
electromagnetic energy shut down reaction or process. For more
information read the chapter on Shock.
With any degree of physical or emotional shock, or both there
will be an equal or equivalent degree of a body counter-shock
reaction causing the electromagnetic energy supply to shut down
tertiary and secondary life support systems. The more severe
the injury the more severe the shock reaction. In higher degrees
of injury both the secondary and tertiary systems get shut down.
A very strong shock reaction can even cause the body to completely
shut down, leaving only the most important of vital life support
systems, organs, and tissues operational. In the highest degrees
of body counter-shock reactions the body’s selective electromagnetic
energy distribution process automatically shuts-down all body
functions, which places the physical body into a suspended unconscious
state called a coma.
Two types of electromagnetic energy shut downs are commonly
observed in man:
1. Traumatic High Impact Overloads
2. Chronic Accumulative Overloads
Traumatic impact overloads are very common in motorcycle riding
and raci41. High speed impacts with other obstacles. Massive
amount of tissue damage require larger amounts of electromagnetic
energy to heal the condition. So, one of limiting factors in
traumatic injury healing times is the availability and amount
of supplied electromagnetic energy. If no outside supply sources
are used the healing times are a lot longer. And, as an example,
with an Orgone accumulator, such as the Orgone blanket provides
an external electromagnetic power source. This external power
source shortens the healing time.
The chronic repetitive small amounts of accumulative overloading
stress loads sneak up on you, as well. Over along period of
time this accumulation causes small amounts to build-up towards
a total stress overloading, which weakens and lessens the total
amount of electromagnetic energy availability. Eventually your
body’s charging system breaks down and chronic disease
processes begin to appear. These disease process routinely are
seen in the tertiary systems first. And organ that is directly
associated with the digestive track can malfunction. Organs
like the liver (hepatitis), gall bladder (colicystitis), pancreas
(diabetes), and spleen. Then as the electromagnetic energy fields
get weaker the secondary systems begin to shut down. Sicknesses,
illnesses, and diseases processes onset as a result. Next, let’s
continue discussing electrical energy, primary, secondary, and
tertiary systems, and how the body’s selective distribution
process directs them. Here is one of the underlying problems
associated in slow healing times in traumatic conditions. One
of the tertiary systems that get shut down is the digestive
track and colon. This would be like plugging up your toilet
with a lot of unwanted body waist and flushing it over and over
again. Get the picture. When the colon gets shut down, healing
times require longer time periods due to slow waist removal.
So in summery we can say that the greater the traumatic injury
the more the colon gets shut down and the longer the healing
times. You may have notice that you have low energy levels and
an injury. Orgone blankets recharge the low energy levels returning
them back to normal at a faster rate when compared to those
who do not have them.
Why Orgone Accumulating Blankets Are Necessary
We know of "Four Elements" necessary to support life.
They are: air, water, food, and Orgone energy. They are classified
by their importance to support life. It should not be surprising
that Orgone electrical energy, air and their support biological
systems are considered primary or vital life support. Water
and its supportive systems are considered secondary life support.
And food and its supportive systems are considered tertiary
life support. Let’s take a closer look at this life support
concept.
The body can live without food for over forty days. Because
the body can go so long without food, food and its digestive
supportive systems are considered tertiary in all life support
functions.
Next, let’s consider water. The body can live without
water for several days. And because of this fact, water and
its supportive biological systems are considered secondary in
all life support functions.
And last, let’s consider air and Orgone electromagnetic
energy. The body can only live for a few minutes without air
but can’t live even seconds with Orgone electromagnetic
energy. Just like the cars dies when you turn off its electrical
supply, the body also dies when the Orgone electromagnetic energy
is cut off. And because of this fact, air and Orgone energy
are considered to be vital life support essentials. However
the Orgone energy is more vital to life functions than air.
Have you ever felt like or know of someone who is always tired
and just out of energy. This is known as a "chronic fatigue
syndrome" sometimes called the "delayed stress syndrome"
and it leaves you with a feeling of just being "Flat Lined"
of all earthly energy. Your body is trying to tell you that
you need to be charged up, probably with Orgone energy.
It has never failed to amaze me to personally experience or
witness: pain, aches, tenderness, and soreness melting away
in minutes when you apply Orgone electrical energy to these
areas. These findings suggest that pain, aches, tenderness,
and soreness are indicators of a low electromagnetic energy
levels and supply. And with Orgone charging these symptoms are
reduce and even eliminated.
Suppose You Don’t Know About Orgone Electromagnetic
Energy
Let’s say that your slow healing injury, in part, is due
to a low Orgone energy supply. This means that the underlying
cause of your problem is from a low amount of available Orgone
energy. So, no matter how much food or food additives you may
add into your carbon fuel system; such as vitamins, herbs, drugs,
etc., it’s just not going to help solve the underlying
cause of your problem. And therefore, it’s just not going
to help. The solution in this case is by charging your low energy
supply.
Orgone charging blankets, accumulators, and chambers are an
excellent solution to these types to low or weakened electromagnetic
supply problems. But remember, "The only thing that can
heal your body - is your body. I strongly suggest that you either
make or purchase one or more Orgone Blankets. My college rider
have several for traveling, faster recovery times, such as jet
lag, and shorter healing times from injuries.
Itching
Itching is a natural body healing response mechanism produces
through the body's natural healing programming. When the body
produces the itching response the individual begins to scratch
the area. Scratching should continue until the itching response
is completely satisfied. The scratching action produces a localized
chemical physiological healing action that provokes inmorphins,
incaplins, nutrition, blood flow, and other body fluids and
healing chemistries to be released, produces, or brought into
the injured area.
Skin Brushes & Itching
In injuries, the itching response can be provoked more fully
by orbital vibrators and satisfied more effectively by the use
of a 16" bathing soft bristle brush (for superficial &
skin massage), a 16" bathing rubble knobbed brush (for
deeper tissue massage), and/or an acupuncture roller stimulator.
The itching response must be continually stimulated two to four
times daily through at least four to eight days following its
initial self-activation, or through induced excitement, to fully
activate its healing mechanism. However, you can continue stimulating
it as long as it makes the area feel better immediately following
its stimulation. Following the first four days of stimulation
you may reduce the total daily stimulations to once or twice
daily but I recommend that you continue this rate through another
four weeks. If it feels good continue its stimulation. If it
does not feel good, discontinue and re-try this method at a
later date. If it continues to feel bad following skin stimulation
discontinue this method of natural healing.
The initial itching response is one of the most reliable natural
indicators that the body healing mechanisms are being initialized
and activated and indicates that the body is in the actual development
hypertrophy phase of tissue regeneration.
Normally, following stimulation the area will become reddened
and warm and producing a soothing sensation to the individual.
Dry Skin Brushing
Dry brushing is performed bilaterally four to six times per
day followed by orbital vibration. Dry brushing strokes are
towards the heart, directing the swelling, edema or other unwanted
material out the lymphatic flow. The lymphatic system normally
drains towards the direction of the heart. It also stimulates
the blood flow and oxygen concentration to the involved region.
Stimulation of the good side activates a neurological process
known as "Cross-Over". Stimulation to the involved
side or part of the body an additional 20% stimulates to the
injured site and thereby increasing the healing process.
And "Over Flow", the stimulation above and below the
injury or problem adds an amazing 15% above and 15% below additional
stimulation adding up to a total of another 30%. See chapters
on "Skin Brushing" and "Rehab Exercise Program"
in our "Rider Remedies" section of our "Library".
Wet Skin Brushing
Wet brushing is generally performed bilateral (cross-over) and
above and below (over-flow) the injury in an Epsom Salt - Apple
Cider Vinegar bath. As in Dry Brushing, the strokes are towards
the heart, directing swelling, edema, other unwanted materials
out the lymphatic drainage and emptying system. We recommend
using one cup of Epson Salts and Apple Cider Vinegar per every
60 pounds of body weight. See the recipe for Epsom Salt - Apple
Cider Vinegar baths in our "Rider Remedies" section.
Herbs
We recommend both Garlic and Silica (Horsetail), both herbs,
for tissue regeneration. Garlic is known to allow the blood
to be debris, removed, and returned back into their vascular
channels or out the lymphatic removal systems, which greatly
shortens the healing time. Horsetail is known to decrease bone
healing times by a 50% factor when compared to the recognized
standard medical healing times. See both chapters in the "Herbs
& Vitamins" section of "Rider Remedies".
So, what have we learned about faster and better qualities of
tissue healing from injury?
1. We learned that injured tissues will go through four phases
of regeneration and recovery and with electromagnetics phases
three and four are almost eliminated.
2. We learned that tissue regeneration growth can occur in four
zones ranging from no growth (atrophy), to slow growth (hypotrophy),
to normal growth (trophy) and accelerated tissue growth known
as hypertrophy.
3. We learned that providing outside sources of electromagnetic
fields artificially re-establishes the body’s aura, which
reduces or eliminates pain, swelling, and infection. We also
learned that electromagnetic devices such as:
a. Ceramic Magnets
b. Orgone Accumulators (blankets)
c. Diapulse
d. Magnetic Wave Oscillators
e. And Tesla’s High Frequency Coil can provide the outside
source of
electromagnetic energy.
4. We also leaned that trauma and injury automatically shut
down the colon slowing down the healing processes. The greater
the injury, the greater the shut down, resulting in a longer
healing time. Colon therapy is a solution to this problem. See
"Colon Therapy" is this section of out library.
5. We learned that the body tells us to start the activation
the healing process by scratching the areas the body cues us
to with its "Itching" response.
6. We learned that both Dry Skin Brushing and Wet Skin Brushing
over the itching areas not only accelerates the healing process
but at the same time improves the quality of it, as well.
7. And finally we learned that herbs like garlic and horsetail
shorten the healing time as much as 50%. And both can be taken,
not only to correct the problems but to prevent them, as well.
I hope that this chapter has taught you that there is a lot
that of things that you can do, in the way of "Self-Help",
to shorten the healing times of your injuries. |
