Self-Help Supplies
All of the supplies needed or necessary that are mentioned in our rehab guidelines and rehab exercising self-help programs are available in our Bookstore

Pain is a body symptom that is telling you something is very wrong.  Pain is a vital part of the body's primary directive "Preserve the Body".  And pain is the indicator that you have damaged some part of your body or that it is toxic.  Pain has two site locations.  The first is called a "Primary Pain Site" or location and this site is where the problem is located.  The second type of pain is called "Secondary" or "Referred Pain" and is not a true site of pain.  In other words the true location of the pain is at the primary location but the feeling of the pain can be located some where else.  Example when you pinch your "Crazy Bone" nerve (Ulna nerve) in you elbow the sensation are felt in your hand.  Although there is not true pain in your hand it truly feel like there is.  Pinch nerves in the spine at notorious for referring problems to other parts of your body. This is one of many reason why Chiropractic works so well in all motocross activities.

Pain is best controlled and/or eliminated by electromagnetic therapies. Electromagnetic therapies such as:
1. N-1 & N-2 Ceramic Magnets
2. Violet Ray Tube (Tesla's High Frequency Coil)
3. Orgone Blankets
4. Piezo-electric Stimulators
5. Magnetic Wave Oscillator
6. Hypnosis
7. And the Diapulse

All of these electromagnetic therapies can be found listed under "Electromagnetic Therapies".

Other more "Classical" means of pain control are found in the RICES Rule procedure, which can be found in "Rider Remedies" under "Hot & Cold Application".

The Pain Game (Hypnotic Procedure)
The pain game is a very good way to start to elimination process of pain for the individual.  It is one of many way taught in hypnosis to deal with pain.  At the track I generally am performing many techniques at one time because I feel if it were me I would want to get out of pain as quickly as possible so I could start to work on the problem.  My first step is to clear out many of the superficial symptoms as possible leaving only the residual or real problems remaining.

You start by saying the following.
I have had great success helping this problem with a fun game. Would you like to play it?

Ans. 8
Game Rules
Next, I must tell you my game rules. I will give you two choices - you must chose one of them? So, you must chose one of the two choices I give you. So, let me make sure you understand the rules, I will give you two choices - you must chose on of them. Do you understand the game rules?
