Treatment Tool Kit & Box |
| Self-Help Supplies |
All of the supplies needed or necessary that
are mentioned in our rehab guidelines and rehab exercising self-help
programs are available in our Bookstore.
Welcome to our Rider Treatment Kit for Prevent and Fixing riding
and raci41 problems.
Almost everyone who rides and races has tools to work on their
bikes, their cars, their homes, and their yards. And they use
these tools to repair and fix problems, as well as prevent them.
So, having the right tools for the job only makes good since.
And having the right tools for the job will save you money,
both with prevention techniques and fixing techniques.
But if you do not have these simple and cost effective tools
then you are dependent upon the professional health care provides
who do. And they will charge you a lot for their service.
In fact, many times more than what the tools would cost you.
And it has been my experience to notice that in almost every
case the tools paid for itself during the first condition they
were purchase for treat. So, the real question is, "Do
you have the right tools to take care of your body for riding
and racing? If you do not then this chapter is a must
for you to read.
Rider Treatment Box

Rider Treatment Tool Box opened up |
| Purchasing The Rider Treatment
Tool Box |
The above tool & treatment kit came from
Super Wal-mart. The clear plastic top for easy selection
is a nice feature. A lot of the tools listed below can be purchased
from drug stores, K-Mart & Wal-Mart stores, Lowes &
Home Depot, or other stores who carry health care products.
We also carry all of the products listed below. We also
carry the methods of application for the below tools to assist
you in your own applications. It is my suggestion in purchasing
a rider treatment tool box that you buy a larger one than you
need as you will grew into a larger one very quickly.
In my opinion it is always better not to experience the problems
at all. But some riders keep experiencing the same problems
over and over again and again. Hopefully this section will help
and assist those riders in resolving these repeated problems.
And, at the same time, prevent reoccurring problems and even
eliminate future ones, as well. When I look at what riders have
in their "Rider Treatment Kits" I find that most have
noting. Some, however, do carry a "First Aid Kit".
But they are not the same. |
| First Aid Kits |
First aid kits are absolutely necessary but
only provides limited treatment capabilities for most riding
and raci41 problems. And remember that they do not provide any
treatment solution capabilities for the preventions of riding
and raci41 problems. I find that the majority of stuff
in a "First Aid" are bandages and salves and usually
limited to wound care management like Road Rash. I have
found that these kits are generally made up to fit a small range
of individual needs but do not cover the wide range necessary
for preventing and fixing ride or raci41 motocross problems.
So, with this in mind we have included a wide range of needed
and necessary "First Aid Kit" materials in the list
below.
Hopefully you have read through the "Rider Problems"
section and have made your self aware of the types of problems
centering on riding and raci41. If you haven’t may I suggest
you start off by reading "Road Rash." Road Rash will
acquaint you with the usual type of problems found in and centering
on riding and raci41 motocross.
The rider treatment kit box should be laid out by specific "Sections"
based upon the type of condition you will be preventing and/or
treating. This list will substitute for a shopping when you
get ready to build your treatment kit. When I built mine for
air travel to the racings I found that carrying a little extra
supplies but not a lot extra was better for me. You may find
that extra is a good idea for you but that is your choice as
your needs will be different than mine.
The majority of the below listed items can be found at K-Mart,
Wal-Mart, CVS, Revco, or Walgreen’s drugs stores. |
| My Rider Tool Box |
The rider tool kit I selected because it
would carry all of the prevention and correction equipment and
supplies was an actual tool box. |
