Accident History
This is a 16 year old motocross racer who fractured the right  navicular bone on 07-07-01 after he fell off of his bike and was hit by other riders who were following him.  He tried but was unable to get out of the other bikes "path of travel". Upon his initial office visit he complained of:
1. Resting pain of 1/10 to his right lateral wrist region, which was in a case below 
    his elbow but immobilized and restricted his thumb movement.
