Manifesting

Manifesting – what is it? How do I learn to use
it? And what can I use it for? These are some of the questions
I asked when I first learned about this wonderful mental technique
called “Manifesting”.
Our Deepest Fear
In learning to manifest correctly we often ask our students,
“What is your deepest fear?” We have learned
by asking many learned individuals this question we found that
their answers may vary somewhat but the overall answer remains
the same. It goes something like this. “The
real recognition of our true and real power is the recognition
that we are a spirit, not a body. And we have been given
the gifts of eternal life and the power that created the heavens
and earth in six days. Manifesting is the ability to bring
our thoughts into physical form. This gift of power is
the spiritual light gift of manifesting. Know that its
power goes beyond measurement. Therefore our deepest fear
is not that we are inadequate in any way. Our deepest
fear is that we too, are powerful beyond measure. It is
gift this gift of light that empowers us - as spirits, not the
darkness - that most frightens us.
Lowering our self to the level of others does not serve us,
them, or the world. Know that there is nothing enlightening
about lowering yourself so others will not feel insecure around
you. Also know that we all are meant to shine –
just like children do. And this gift is not just for the
few – it is within all of us. And when we let our
own light shine, we unconsciously give others permission to
do the same. And as we are liberated and elevate ourselves
to new and higher levels of awareness, our presence automatically
liberates others to do the same. Keep this in mind as
your go through life.
Manifesting is the process of bringing your thoughts
into physical form. Your belief system is the controller
of the manifesting process. If you belief it
so with the complete absence of doubt - then it will happen
for you by coming into a physical form. Hence your belief
system automatically controls and regulates what is to be manifested.
If you do not belief in it you will not be able to manifest
it. And if you do belief in it you will be able to bring
it into physical form. Something else to remember is that
if you cannot convince your unconscious mind that you truly
want it, it will not be manifested into physical form.
In a lot of people, their belief systems are outdates or self-limiting
and this process will under mind and sabotage their success.
There are many forms of manifestation. And I have found that
the dictionary doesn’t have a very good definition or
explanation of the actual process or how it really works.
And if by chance you were to find a good definition it would
probably be on the materialistic physical level rather than
the metaphysical level. That is to say the end results
would appear as a physical gain or product.
So, let’s start by giving an overall definition of manifestation.
Manifestation is the mental process of applying or directing
a thought in a specific direction where that thought is transformed
into something real in physical form. Or, in other words,
Manifesting = a Specific Mental Thought-Action, which is transformed
into Reality (an End Result) as a physical object.
So, you many ask, “What is Reality”? Reality
is a cognizant awareness of what’s happening is actual
and real. So, as you start to begin to understand
manifestation you will also start to realize that all of the
chapters in our raci41 college up to here are all about applying
the mental processes of manifestation. So, let’s
give you some examples.

Using very strong positive emotions “Visualize”
what you are wanting clearly in your mind and imagine that it
is actually happens right now... Repeat this process daily until
it manifest into the physical world…

Be allowing (detach) as your mind creates and transforms it
into reality...
Your Highest Potential
Let’s go back and recall the definition of the word, “Learning.”
Learning is defined as both to acquire and apply knowledge.
Acquired knowledge is then the expression of potential power.
And applied knowledge is the expression of power. Therefore
correct application of knowledge is of a higher purpose.
What does your highest potential mean? If I ask you this
question, “What is your highest potential?”
How would you answer? From my experience most people would
not know how to answer this question. I would wonder what
your answers would be. Some might say that their highest
potential is to become joyful. Others may say that it
is the ability to be at one with their selves. I have
collected a list of answers that indicate the learning experiences
of the individual and where their thinking is. This collection
of answers include:
To become happy
To become healthy
To love and be loved
To complete their Dharma
All are good general answers but specifically do not answer
the question, “What is your highest potential?”
From my experience of applied applications my highest potential
is to become completely and fully conscious of everything around
me. To see, recognize, ask, and choose in each moment
where I recognize that a choice is being presented, no matter
how small or large. And make each choice yield its highest
possible outcome for the betterment of mankind - in every circumstance.
Keep in mind that life never just offers you just one choice
but rather millions over your lifetime. And when all of
your choices are all collected they print an overall picture
of who you are, what you are made of, and where you will eventually
end up. In short, your choices paint a picture of you
– your integrity and your character as you travel through
this life.
There are many choices to make concerning many topics, events,
and things. But it all boils down to a configuration of
how well you manage your power to manifest. Keep in mind
that you can choose either a negative or positive direction.
But to meet the requirements of its highest potential you must
chose in a positive direction. Keeping in mind that all
negative forms of manifesting are destructive in their course
of creation. The challenge is to be able to manage all
of the highest potentials of your life when those moments are
presented to you. And choosing their highest possible
outcome for the betterment of mankind is a great start and excellent
picture to paint.
Recall the quote by William Shakespeare, “The choices
you made dictate the life you will lead. To your ownself
- be true.” If we simplify this quote we can say,
what you think about, your thoughts, become your reality.
They manifest into the physical world and dictate the life events
you will experience. Therefore keep in mind only to focus
on those things or events that you want to experience while
avoiding those things that you do not want to experience (Law
Of Attraction).
Your real power lies in the process of manifesting. Now
pay attention, “Your power to manifest takes on many forms”.
I believe that your ultimate power (applied thoughts into physical
form) is your ability to be able to choose and make great choices
and decisions that reflect and allows your own highest positive
potential of self-empowerment.
Here is another interesting observation, “Where in time
does the process of manifesting occur. When can you manifest?”
Time is divided into three areas. They are the;
A. Past B. Present
C. Future
All things in the past have already been created and are in
physical form and cannot be altered. Therefore you cannot
manifest in the past. The future has not happened yet
until it presents itself to you in the moment. And when
it presents itself to you in the moment it becomes present time.
So you cannot manifest in the future, either. The only
place left is in the Present time. What is learned here is that
the process of manifesting only works in present time.
Present time is known as the moment. But the moment is
also called the “NOW”. The NOW is the exact
moment where all manifesting takes place. Either side
of the NOW does not allow manifesting to happen. Therefore,
being ready for the NOW and when it comes to you with a choice
to be made presents a constant challenge for everyone.
Therefore you must be ready for anything everyday.
Many people place their mental focuses and thoughts either towards
the past or in future. And because of this their awarenesses
are not aware enough to be aware of what is going on in the
moment. Because their minds are somewhere else they usually
miss the choices and empowerment offered in the moment.
Therefore the loss of this empowerment slides by them in the
silence.
So, what I highly recommend to meet the challenges each moment
is to go out each day - ready for anything. Make those
choices in each moment that empower you and to express the betterment
and uplift all of mankind.
Example #2
Body Movement Is Manifesting
Let’s start with a very simple and fundamental form of
manifestation. Hold up your index finger up in front of
you and look at it. Now, think the thought that you are
going to moving it, back and forth. And now do it.
This form of manifestation is called “Body Movement”.
Your authority is only within your body. It does not expend
pass this universe. However, your unconscious mind, who
completely runs your body, can and will bring to you that which
you are wanting if you follow the correct process of manifesting.
When you come into your body you are placed in the captains
chair not the drive’s seat. Your unconscious mind
sits in the drives seat and will generate anything that you
are wanting – if it fully believes you, without any doubt.
If your unconscious mind doubts you then it is allowed to test
your intention and desire over a time period that can extend
up to 40 days.
Example #3
Remember from the Safety Awareness Program, Countermeasure #5
states always “Look to where you want to go”.
In this way your mind and body follow a positive pathway.
And you know that if you look to where you are falling you will
fall there, as your mind and body follow a negative pathway.
In our Problem-Solution Solving Class we teach you to see eight
fingers, not the four held up in front of your eyes. We
teach you to always look to the solutions and not to focus on
the problems. Where you place your focus becomes your
reality.
Remember this statement from our “Riding And Racing Skill
Level Development” section – “Most
riders do not know how to practice correctly so they don’t
know how to win, either. Practice makes permanent.
Only perfect practice makes perfect. Practice like you
will race so when you race, you will race like you have practiced.”
That’s why we practice slowly at first until the muscle
movements start to become automatic. And as the muscle
movement becomes more automatic the speed becomes faster and
faster. Eventually all body movements will become automatic
based solely only upon what you see, not what you think.
This learning process is one form of manifestation. How
do most individuals look at manifestation? Most individuals
are not even aware of it. Let’s look at the results
from a survey I performed on the riders.
Manifesting Has Two Parts
The process of manifesting has two parts:
1. Intention and Desire
2. Detachment
Intention And Desire
Intention is the amount of your Will’s Driving Force that
is behind your want. And how intent you Will’s driving
force is on this want sets the stages for the second part –
your desire. Desire is the amount of emotions you put
into behind your Will’s driving force. Your emotions
are like the gun power within the cartage that drives the bullet.
The stronger your Desire Force is the more power that goes behind
your Will’s driving force. Once you have aimed and
fired the manifesting bullet you job is over. From here
you must detach yourself from the processes of flight and where
it lands, as these are the jobs of the Universe.
Consider the process of walking. You give the order or
command to walk somewhere, detach from the process and it happens.
Walking is a perfect system that seldom, if ever, makes mistakes.
As an example, ask yourself this question, “How many times
have you fallen over the last two years? Your answer should
be none of maybe once. You may have slipped but make a
correcting and successfully make a recovery and continued on
you way without give it a second thought. It is by this
exact same process that you manifest all things to come into
your life experiences.
Detachment
The second step in the process of manifesting is detachment.
As you were required to detach yourself from the flight and
landing of the bullet you are also required to detach yourself
from how the outcome is generated. If you are truly wanting
what you have given thought to then you must detach yourself
from the final outcome. Never allow yourself or those
around you to become rigid in the outcome of your creating but
rather flexible and detached. Therefore - do not
interfere with how the Universe completes your manifesting thought
process bringing it into physical form. Being rigid and
impose your idea of how things should be or come out only generates
new problems for you. However, when you do start trusting
the processes of life you will recognize the genius of how the
Universe is always correct in generating the outcomes.
Do not force solutions on the Universe that will less the outcomes
and instead, create new problems. A major key in the correct
manifesting process is to participate in the outcome with a
detached uncaring involvement.
40-Day Test
What is the 40-day time period about? Some think it is
a period of initiation or introduction, others suggest that
it is indoctrination, yet others think of it as a time of incubation
period. And they all could be spot on.
The 40-day time period is the maximum number of days the universe
used to test your worthiness. It uses this time period
to learn or find out if you can endure it’s the shifts
in your focus and intention and desire. In simpler terms
it is the test to see if you will bring into physical form those
things you said you wanted.
You still can plan out what you are going to do each day but
remember that the universe has also planned out what it will
present to you each of those day, as well. Some times
it can appears as if Murphy’s Law. That is to say
if there is a chance that something can go wrong, it will. And
remember that the Universe creates at the law of least effort
or resistance, like a winding river it bends back on itself
many times, like a snake moving forward, before it reaches its
destination. Just remember that the path of travel the
universe puts you on is the way you are suppose to travel.
Fasting And Your 40-Day Test
Fasting is a way of placing yourself more into and in tune with
the spiritual side of life rather than the physical side.
Going without food shifts your conscious mind’s awareness
closer to the spiritual side of your existence. This process
allows you to see into the future more clearly to those events
that are up ahead and waiting for you to experience them.
The collective unconscious is a library of information that
exists with no respect of time. It possess all things
past, present, and future and reveals them as a single source
of collective knowledge. Fasting allows you to tune into
this information back and see future events.
The universe will present to you on a daily bases, unexpected
events and, at the same time, expect you to do what it wants
you to do with without giving thought to or knowing how this
event fits into the overall picture or scheme of things or even
knowing its purpose towards that same end results.
40-Day Daily Journal Or Log
I strongly recommend that you keep an end of the day daily journal
or log in which to write everything that happens to you each
day, especially all of those unexpected events. Spiral
bound notebook pads work well. And remember to start each
new day at the top of a new sheet of paper. Place the
date at the top of that sheet of paper and place the time in
the left hand column next to that event.
40-Days And Your Dreams
Dreams are a spiritual guidance communication system directed
to the physical plane. Dreams of any sort, including daydreams,
are a process of highly probably manifestation. That is
to say that they are something real coming close.
Record them in your journal in as much detail as you can remember.
Dreams - Mirror Images Or Role Reversals
The spirit world sees things in reverse of how we see things
fro a physical aspect. As an example, looking outward
to others for something means that you should be looking within
you self for the answer or solution. In the case of the daily
journal or log the spirit worlds sees alignment from the past.
That is why the journal works so good. It is a road map
of past event that shows you the way. All that is required
of you is that you pay careful attention to and record all events
especially the unexpected ones. The spirit world calls
these unexpected events - Signs. There are signs everywhere,
just pay attentions to them when they happen and then record
them. This recording process makes a map of your life
Dharma and those things you are suppose to do in this lifetime.
Affirmations
Affirmations are a reminder system used on a daily bases to
help and assist you express your sincere intention and desire
to your unconscious mind.
Life is a learning process in which you are taught about yourself
and the process of manifestation. That is to say, “Thoughts
that are generated into physical form by your spoken word.”
Each person is at a different level of awareness in life’s
learning process so there is a vas difference in each person’s
awareness of how and why things work in the spiritually, mental,
physical, and emotion forms. Therefore, I would like to
share this simple truth about the process of manifestation,
“Some processes are true and work well whether you believe
them or not. Affirmations are one of those processes.”
Detachment From The Want
Remember do not allow yourself or those around you to be rigid
in the outcome but rather flexible and detached.
Therefore - do not interfere with how the Universe completes
your manifesting thought into physical form. Therefore you will
not be rigid and impose your idea of how things should be or
come out. You will not force solutions on the Universe that
will become problems instead, thereby creating new problems
for you rather than what you are wanting. A major key
in correct manifesting is to participate in everything through
a detached uncaring involvement.
The process of reading affirmations out loud everyday is a method
for concerning your unconscious mind to your sincerity or to
change outdated and/or unwanted belief systems into newly ones.
They are to be said several times a day for at least 60-days.
Each time you say them, say each word with the attitude of a
total conviction so that everyone who is listening to you are
themselves, convinced that you truly believe and mean what you
are saying. This attitude of conviction must also be expressed
in your eye contact, body postures and gestures, and your voice
tone. The more conviction you put into each verbal when
saying them out loud allows the manifestation process of your
unconscious mind to work better.
The Steps in Daily Affirmation are
1. Make a list of your wants.
2. Get some 3” x 5” cards and write down on each
one the list of daily affirmations that you are wanting to come
into your future. Place then in strategical places such
as on your bathroom mirror, car sun visor, kitchen table, etc.
and everytime you see one read it out loud with as much positive
emotional feeling and possible. So much so that even you
belief it and the person with believes you without any doubt.
3. Read them out loud each time you see them.
Manifestation
When I asked riders, “What is manifestation? They
usually said, “I don’t know”. I have
found that many view Manifestation a lot like Hypnosis.
That is to say that they say they can’t be hypnotized
and so will also say that they are unable to utilize the process
of manifest, as well. But both of these thoughts are false.
In a time period of just twenty-four hours you will use, apply,
and experience both manifestation and hypnosis many times.
And like the individual, he or she will be totally unaware that
they are using either methods. And once they became aware
of the fact that they are using them they would still not know
how to use either method deliberately or intentionally in a
positive and constructive way for their benefit. But after
learning the “How” and “Why” about these
processes you can apply them in the directions you chose.
Health (positive thought-actions) and disease (negative thought-actions)
are mentally directed thoughts that manifest within your body
to produce a state of health or sickness.
God, from Genesis in the Bible created the earth and heavens
in six days and rested on the seventh. It reads that first
he “Thought about what he wanted”. Next he
said, “This is Good”. And then he said, “Let
it be” and his thoughts materialized into reality before
him. This form of manifestation is through thought-action
realization.
Next, he gave us this wonderful mentally directed ability.
And shortly after giving us the gift of manifestation is when
it begins to get a little mixed up. At first we were allowed
to manifest positive thoughts (Goodness) into reality, but somewhere
along the way we begin to want more so he allowed us to also
manifest negative thoughts. In the scriptures it reads
that he said, ”Thou Mayest”. This wordage
gives us the option to manifest both positivity and negativity
into reality. Now, here is where it really gets a little
disconnected. Over time we may have or haven’t forgotten
that he gave us this great gift but what most of us are not
aware that we use it everyday in every thought we have.
The individuals who run the world do so with negativity, fear,
guilt, and blame. Negativity as a constant surrounding
mental atmosphere to those who have forgotten this gift of goodness
in manifestation are lead down a road of sickness, fear, disease,
and slavery. So, let’s talk about fear for a moment.
Fear
Fear is the belief that you do not trust your education or how
you will apply it. It is an illusion that if you allow
it - dominates your mind. It is a distraction that takes
you and your mental focus away from the moment where you are
empowered. It is unreal and without substance, a shadow
that offers only misdirection and unhappiness for all of those
who chose to manifest unwisely. Fear (as any negativity)
is a learning reality that holds no place within the natural
order of uplifting mankind and the kingdom we live in since
the Devine Entity within us, our soul, is unconquerable and
immortal. When we finally realize this, we will finally
come to know that we have nothing to be afraid of and, at that
time, fear will leave us.
In this age of materialistic focus the businessmen of the world
use fear and blame to increase their earthily possessions while
you are lead down a pathway of negativity including, sickness,
illness, and disease, which all end in “Self-destruction”,
“Dis-connectiveness”, and even “Suicide”.
If you have experienced life already then you know that the
physical possessions are only transient making it at best impossible
to hold onto and save even for the shortest of time.
Now, here is a major problem surrounding negativity such as
Owning or possessing physical material arouses within us an
anxiety for grasping onto them while we can, and we must of
necessity live in a constant state of fear, conscious or subconscious,
because in our inner self we know that such possessions may
at any moment be snatched from us and that at the most we can
only hold them for a brief life.
In the last 50-years “Fear of Disease” has developed
until it has become a great power for harm. Harm because
we have opened the door to those negative things we dread making
it easier for their admission. Such fear has become reality
self-interest, for when we are earnestly absorbed in the welfare
of others there is no time to be apprehensive of personal maladies.
Fear at the present time is playing a great part in intensifying
disease, and modern science has increased the reign of terror
by spreading abroad to the general public its discoveries, which
as yet are but half-truths. The knowledge of bacteria
and the various germs associated with disease has played havoc
in the minds of tens of thousands of people, and by the dread
aroused in them has in itself rendered them more susceptible
of attack. While lower forms of life, such as bacteria,
may play a part in or be associated with physical disease, they
constitute by no means the whole truth of the problems, as can
be demonstrated scientifically or by everyday occurrences.
There is a factor, which science is unable to explain on physical
ground, and that is why some people become affected by disease
whilst others escape, although both classes may be open to the
same possibilities of infection. Materialism forgets that there
is a factor above the physical plane, which in the ordinary
course of life protects or renders susceptible any particular
individual with regards to disease, of whatever nature it may
be. Fear, by its depressing effect on our mentality, thus
causing disharmony is our physical and magnetic bodies, paves
the way for invasion, and if bacteria and such physical means
were the sure and only cause of disease, then indeed there might
be but little encouragement not to be afraid. But when
we realize that in the worst epidemics only a proportion of
those exposed to infection are attacked and that, as we have
already seen, the real cause of disease lies with ourselves.
We can put all fear of physical means alone as a cause of disease
out of our minds, knowing that such anxiety merely renders us
susceptible, and that if we are endeavoring to bring harmony
into our personality we need anticipate illness no more than
we dread being struck by lightning or hit by fragment of a falling
meteor.”
Mastering Your Thoughts
When you have learned to master your thoughts, you will be able
to change them just as easily as you change your clothes.
Remember, the real requisite of centering and focusing is to
be able to shut out outside thoughts — anything foreign
to the subject or directed target. Now, in order to control
your intention, first begin your control over your body. This
must be brought under direct control of the mind. And the mind
is directed under the control of your spirit’s will. Your
will is strong enough to do anything you wish, but you must
first realize that it is. The mind can be greatly strengthened
by being brought under the direct influence of your will. When
the mind is properly strengthened by the impulse from your will
it becomes a more powerful transmitter of thought, because it
has more force. When you focus your thoughts there is nothing
that can’t be bent or created by your Will.
The Best Timed to Practice
The Best time to practice your exercises of focus and concentration
is after reading something that is inspiring, as you are then
mentally and spiritually exalted in the desired realm. This
initial mental state is absolutely necessary before the nest
step. This is the time when you are ready for a much deep concentration.
If you are in your room first see that your windows are up and
the air is good. Lie down flat on your bed without a pillow.
See that every muscle is relaxed. Now breathe slowly, filling
the lungs comfortably full of fresh air; hold this as long as
you can without straining yourself; then exhale slowly. This
breathing method singles your body that you are getting ready
to change your physical activity state and heartbeat. Exhale
in an easy, rhythmic way. Breathe using this method for three
to five breathes. Next breathe in deep and exhale normally for
the next five minutes. Follow the airflow in and out as it passed
over the tip of your nostrils without trying to change it. Just
observe it. Allow this Divine Breath flow through you, which
will cleanse and rejuvenate every cell of brain and body.
You are then ready to proceed. Now think how quiet and relaxed
you are. You can become enthusiastic over your condition. Just
think of yourself as getting ready to receive knowledge that
is far greater than you have ever received before. Now relax
and let the spirit work in and through you and assist you to
accomplish what you wish.
Don’t let any doubts or fears enter. Just feel that what
you wish is going to manifest. Just feel it already has, in
reality it has, for just the minute you wish a thing to be done
it manifests in the thought world. Whenever you concentrate
just believe it is a success. Keep up this feeling and allow
nothing to interfere and you will soon find you have become
the master of focusing your concentration. You will find that
this practice will be of a wonderful value to you, your racing,
and any other direction you chose to go in your life.
It will be necessary to first train the body to obey the commands
of your mind. I want you to gain control of your muscular movements.
The following exercise is especially good in assisting you to
acquire perfect control of your muscles.
In Closing
It’s a good idea to read other author’s thoughts
on the process of manifesting but keep in mind that you have
been successfully using this process all our life. The
major difference now is that you are aware of it, can start
to observe and look for it, and begin to intentionally apply
it.
Your next step
Start giving thought to that which you want, only give thought
to that thing, and then place your focus on that thing.
Know that where you place your focus becomes your reality.
Manifesting is somewhat like shooting a gun. Give though
to that which you want, aim the gun by placing its sights on
the target. And pull the trigger. After the bullet
has been fired the flight path have been determined so all you
have to do is detach from the outcome while the bullet travels
to its target. |
