In the life long study of who you are and
how you fit is better known as the study of spiritually. In
spiritually we learn that we are constructed of a Body, Mind,
and Spirit.
The Body
The Body includes all of biological tissues contained within
the borders and boundaries of you skin. When I ask most individuals,
"Where is your mind?" They will point to their head.
But your head is not your mind. Your head (brain) is a biological
computer that is ran by a specific part of your mind. Hence
your body’s brain is not your mind.
The Spirit
There is an aura that surrounds your body and can be seen with
special photography. I know this energy field as the Spirit.
It is also known as the Holy Ghost, Life force, and aura, and
is that magical unseen life giving electromagnetic energy that
our body. This electromagnetic force field carries the genetic
code blueprint for all of the tissues beneath that level of
the body’s aura. We also know that by giving thought you
can change or alter your body’s aura and therefore you
can change the quality of the genetic blueprint. Manifesting
your thoughts in this manor can ultimately change the quality
of your body’s tissue structure and the quality of your
health.
The Mind
So, allow me to ask this question again. Where is your mind?
There is only one mind and it belongs to God. We share his mind
with him. Our Mind, however as a whole is divided into three
distinguishable and separate parts. They are the:
1. Higher-Self
2. Middle-Self or Conscious Mind
3. And Lower-Self or the Unconscious Mind.
However, remember that the Mind is still One Whole Integrated
element. But we most commonly experience it from the advantage
point of the conscious mind. The conscious mind is that part
of our mind that allows us to be aware the physical world
around us through our five senses. Let’s talk about
each one individually and relate its purpose to the whole.
Each of the three parts of the mind their own prime directives.
These prime directives govern and dictate the actions that
each part is allowed to take or participate in as they work
together in concert to orchestrate the world surrounding each
one of us and all things that come into our world. When I
use the word "World" I am not talking about this
planet we live in. Spiritually speaking the word world is
the area or space that you rule. You are the only one who
thinks within your body and therefore you are the only authority
and have the only and complete autonomy over it. This world
lies within the borders and boundaries of your body and all
that you manifest unto it, both internally and externally.
That is your world. Now, let’s discuss each part of
the three parts of your mind.
The Conscious Mind
Let’s start with the Conscious or Middle-Self mind.
This is the part that you are most aware of. It is the part
that uses the five senses to identify and make you aware of
all that exist around you in the physical world. Spiritually
we know the physical world as the "Dream World".
It is not the real world. And if you have had the pleasure
of studying "Near Death Experiences" (NDE) or "Out
of Body Experiences (OBE) then you are already of this fact.
You are not a body. You are a spirit. The physical bodies
grow old and become sick and diseased and if you believe you
are a body then you too will grow old and become sick and
diseased. But you are not a body, you are an eternal spirit.
You, the spirit is ageless and have been given life eternal
and are whole, perfect, and complete as given to you when
you were first created. Death is a connective process not
a disconnective one. What most call death is only the process
of dropping your body. Dropping your body occurs when your
Dharma (life’s purpose) has been completed. And the
cyclic process of reincarnation is a normal never-ending spiritual
process of individual growth, development, and evolving. The
intended direction of growth, development, and evolvement
of the conscious mind is to the level of the Higher-Self or
the God-Self within you.
Mirror Image Or Role Reversal Relationships
Next, the conscious mind is here to learn relationships with
others. How do you have a relationship with someone else if
you have not established the counter part within yourself
first? The answer is – You can’t. And you will
continually seek this outward relationship you desire so much
but never find it. This is because you have not established
this part of your internal relationship with yourself.
So, the unconscious mind likes a relationship with report
with the conscious mind. The greater the report between the
two of them - anything is possible including a greater healing
processes. And when any part of this relationship is established
you will fine it outwardly in others. This establishment of
relations is known as the Mirror Image or Role Reversal Relationship
within yourself. So, remember what you seek outwardly first
seek within yourself. If you love yourself you will love others.
If you trust yourself you will trust others. And if you seek
appreciation or approval from others then give it to yourself
by yourself, first and you will get it from others.
When the conscious and unconscious minds have established
a perfect report between each other then the unconscious mind
can cause you and your body to have perfect health, allow
healing to occur, create happiness, and it can cause you to
let go of all negative emotions. I trust that you can now
begin to see the importance of the relationship between the
conscious and unconscious minds. Next, let’s look at
the prime directives of the conscious mind.
Conscious Mind’s Prime Directives
Your conscious mind is the logical rational thinker among
the three. It is here to learn cooperation. With whom you
may ask? The first and most important is the complete relationship
the conscious mind has to learn is within its self. That is
to say that the conscious mind has to learn cooperation in
a loving harmonic relationship with its counter parts, the
Unconscious and the Higher-Self. But especially the unconscious
mind.
1. Cooperation & Relationships
A. First, to go inwardly within its self
to establish and grow
the relationships
with the Unconscious and Higher-Self
B. Second, to go outwardly and establish
and grow
relationship
with others
2. To create and bring into the physical world by the process
of
manifestation that which he or she
is wanting by applying
the manifesting laws of the universe.
The conscious mind is also here to learn relationships with
other people. So, the first of the prime directives of the
conscious mind is relationships. The first relationship we
recommend you to experience and cultivate is the one associated
within you. This relationship is the one where you learn to
get along and work with the other two counter parts of your
mind. Learning and experiencing to work together in a peaceful
and harmonic way leads to the true understand and awareness
of how we fit into this planet and the universe we exist in.
The inward relationship is the one that is necessary before
you can truly understand the relationships with other individuals,
like yourself, who co-exist with you in the many worlds around
you on this planet.
In the relationship with the unconscious mind, the unconscious
mind is designed to take direction from the conscious mind
in a loving, caring manor. It will not like to have direction
given in an ultimatum to any negative direction from the conscious
mind. So, the unconscious mind wants a relationship of report
with the conscious mind. The greater the report between the
two of them then anything is possible including a greater
healing process. With perfect report the unconscious mind
can cause you to have perfect health, healing to occur, it
can cause you to have happiness, and it can cause you to let
go of negative emotions.
The Unconscious Mind
The unconscious mind is the emotional thinker. The intended
direction of growth, development, and evolvement of the unconscious
mind is to the level of the Middle-Self or conscious mind
within you. It sees the conscious mind as its older brother.
And the neat thing about a loving caring relationship between
the conscious and unconscious mind is that each helps and
assists the other in reaching its intended high level of evolution.
So, when there is a loving and caring sweet relationship anything
becomes possible.
However, in the absence of any orders from the conscious mind
the unconscious mind will do what it thinks is the best or
right thing to do.
Now remember your unconscious mind is not the great rational
logical thinker like your conscious mind is. It is in charge
of your emotions and therefore is loving, caring, wonderful,
and a sweet Inner Being who loves you dearly and looks up
to you like an older brother or sister. So, in making its
emotional decision it does not always do what is best - logically.
The unconscious mind is designed to take direction from the
conscious mind in a loving, caring manor. It will not like
to have direction given in an ultimatum way to any negative
direction from the conscious mind.
In the absence of any order the unconscious mind will do what
it thinks is right or what it should do. And this is not always
the best thing because your unconscious mind is not your great
rational logical thinker. Why is this true? Because it is
in change of the emotions and therefore is sweet, loving,
caring, wonderful being who loves you and looks up to you
like a brother or sister.
The unconscious mind is a pathway to the higher conscious
mind. It holds the keys. So, we strongly suggest that you
learn to love and trust and honor your unconscious mind.
The Unconscious Mind’s prime directives are:
1. Preserves the body.
This is its major function or the highest job of the unconscious
mind. The Fight or Flight shock protective mechanism is a
response of the unconscious mind and is carried out in order
to maintain the integrity and well-being of the body
2. Store memories.
When we break the body down to the quantum level we get two
products, energy and information. In fact, when we break down
any other object on this planet we get energy and information.
So, in a way of thinking this planet is a living library of
the combination of energy and information. Every cell with
our body is a living warehouse of information.
A. Temporal Lobe – short-term
memory (some say the
right lobe contains the kingdom of heaven)
B. The five senses - visual,
auditory, taste, smell, and
touch.
3. Domain of emotions.
4. Organize all memories.
A. Time Line
B. Gestalt
5. Repress memories with unresolved negative emotion.
6. Present repressed memories for "rationalization."
(to release emotions)
7. Keep repressed emotions repressed for protection.
8. Run the body.
A. Has a blueprint:
1.
Of the body - now
2.
Of perfect health - function of the higher-self
9. To be a highly moral being. It has a morality that
it has
been taught and believes in.
What is really important
about this quality is that
in order to do healing
processes this quality must
be cleared of all guilt
directs punishment, which in
turn directs pain. So this
is a mistake in notion of the
unconscious mind.
10. To be a servant, to follow orders.
11. Control and maintain all perceptions.
A. Regular or normal
B. Telepathic
C. Receive and transmit to the conscious
mind.
12. It is in charge of your energy. Generates, stores, distributes
and transmits "energy."
13. Respond with instinct and habit. Habits are generated
or
cultivated over time.
14. Needs repetition for long-term projects. It needs repetition
in building habits.
It is in charge in creating and breaking
habits.
15. Programmed to continually seek more and more. Always
more to learn and discover
16. Does not need parts to function.
17. It’s Symbolic – It sees and responds to symbols
18. Takes everything personally.
19. Works on the principle of the universal law of "Path
Of
Least Effort or
Resistance". Path of least
resistance
20. Does not process negatives.
The Higher-Self or God-Self
The Higher-Self or that part of our mind that share God’s
mind. There is only one mind in the universe and it belongs
to God. Our Higher-Self shares God’s mind with him.
So, in a since, the Higher conscious mind views or sees us
as whole and perfect as when we were created. Also, it sees
you as a being of light because it is a being of light.
The God-Self portion of your mind has the ability to create
and manifest into the physical world by the process of combining
energy and information. This process is performed by giving
thought and then directions that thought to come forth (manifested)
into the physical world and be known for all to see.
At the Quantum Level all things, including man, plants, rocks,
and all other materials break down to just two components,
energy and information. And how they are combined gives rise
to the many and wide verity of things found on this planet.
Hence this planet is known as the living library of information.
All things carry this vital information.
The Higher Conscious Minds is beyond language so it
is beyond description. And being beyond description
we say it is "Experiential". That
is to say that it must be experienced to understand it. Hence
it is not a conscious process to connect the conscious mind
to the higher conscious mind. This connective process is essentially
an experiential one. How do you describe an experience? If
we are listening with our feelings we know what to do automatically:
So how do we know if the communication came from the unconscious
mind or the higher-self?
1. If it was inspirational it came from your higher conscious
mind
2. If it is beyond language it generally comes from the
higher-self.
3. However, if it was an instinctive one came from the
unconscious mind
So remember that the foresight of "Inspiration"
is a function of the higher self and a form of communication
direction into the conscious mind
Higher-Self’s Prime Directives
1. God Spirit in the individual.
2. Guardian Spirit (over the individual). "Totally
trustworthy
parental spirit"
3. Connection or communication with higher self makes
everything OK – everything
is the way we want it.
4. Totally balanced male and female energy in its construction
(Yen-Yang). Gives us a direction
of evolution or shows the
way. When the Self rises higher
it will become male-female
balanced.
5. An expression of man and womans’ own perfection.
6. Our connection to the higher realms of creation.
Connection to God
7. Represents the process of Evolution.
8. Has the power to recognize "Cause & Effect"
and make
the right choices. It can recognize
the source of the event
that happens right now in our
life. And it has the perspective
to rise about the events of
today and look back into the past
to find those causes. Direct
knowledge of past lives is
generally a function of the
Higher Self. When you remember
to and release things from
past lives means that you are
really ready to connect up
with the higher self.
9. Has the power to remove complexes, fixations, and
false
identifications. It has the
ability to clear up varies
psychological ailments.
10. Has the power to produce attainments (siddhis, etc.)
including ESP, clairaudience,
clairvoyance etc. These
are all functions of the consecutiveness
with your higher
self.
11. Has the power to know, predict, and affect the future.
12. Doesn’t make mistakes.
13. Cannot interfere with conscious mind’s "Free-Will"
(must be asked). Law of Allowing.
14. Is all forgiving, because we are all one.
15. Conscious mind has the "Free-Will" to deny Prime
Directives of Aumakua
(and just might do it).
The Relationship Between Our Mind’s Three Parts
So "What is the relationship between the three minds?"
The Conscious Mind links directly to the Unconscious Mind.
And there is a direct link between the unconscious mind directly
to the higher self. There is however not link between the
conscious mind and the higher-self. This means we must use
a different pathway to link into the higher-self. So, you
might ask, "What are those pathways?"
1. A loving caring relationship with the unconscious mind.
Negative connective emotions prevent the
conscious mind
from linking up with the higher conscious
mind through the
unconscious mind. These negative connections
include:
1. Negative emotions like anger, fear,
sadness, and guilt.
2. False identifications of yourself.
3. Thinking that you are not of the light.
4. Aka connections with other people that
would prevent your
energy from being
able to go up to the higher levels.
The Process Of Manifestation
Manifestation is the process of creating and directing a thought
to be created in the physical world. The thought may or may
not be what you are truly wanting but it will manifest nevertheless.
Your thought created and directed manifestations will come
to you or into your world, internally, externally, or both.
In other words that which you give thought too and direct
will be created and will affect your body, as well as take
on a physical form. Spiritually speaking I see manifestation
as the physical end-results of your projected thoughts by
which you have directed to be created.
At this time allow me to introduce to you three wonderful
universal laws of manifestation. They are the:
1. Law of Attraction
2. Law of Deliberate Creation
3. Law of Allowing
These three laws come to us by a spiritual group known as
Abraham through a channeler named Ester Hicks. Their spiritual
knowledge provides a wonderful teaching program and I strongly
recommend that you add them to your collection on knowledge.

These three laws of the universe walk you through a step-by-step
understanding of how the process of manifestation works. They
allow you to experience them, as well. They start with the
first and most powerful law, the Law of Attraction. From there
in a progressive sequence continue on to the Law of Deliberate
Creation. And finally to the Law of Allowing. With the understanding
and application provided by Abraham you will discover that
it is now possible for you to have everything that you have
ever wanted. Now, let’s continue with the understanding
of manifestation.
Allow me to teach this method by discussing the process of
how a bullet is constructed, fired, and reaches its target.
So, let’s first start with the four components of a
bullet and go from there. The bullet’s four parts are:
1. The bullet itself also called the projectile
2. The brass casing that houses the other three components
3. The primer or firing cap that ignites the gun power and
starts
the process
4. And the gun power, which drives the bullet to its intended
destination
Brass Casing

Primer
Gunpowder
Projectile
When you understand this simple process you will then understand
the process of thought-form manifestation. When we substitute
the parts of the bullet with those of thought-form manifestation
we get the following:1. The bullet is the thought you want
to bring into the physical world.
2. The brass casing is you ability to focus your Will Power
3. The primer is the degree of applied intent determination
you
fired the manifestation with
4. And the gun power is the emotion or emotions you apply
as
the driving force.
Now that you have a basic and simplistic understanding of
the process of manifestation through the Laws of Attraction,
Deliberate Creation, and Allowing, let’s discuss each
component of the four parts.
Will
Mind
Thought-Actions
Power

Mental Focus
Concentrated
Your Thought
Your thoughts are like magnets and attract unto you like thoughts.
When you experience and understand that thoughts generate
into the physical form by this great magnetic creative power
you will understand how it is that you have all the things
that you have wanted and will want in your physical life’s
experience.
Your Will Power
What is Will Power? Will Power is the energy placed behind
your spirits’ will of intent to get something done,
make something happen, or manifest it.
When you place your awareness on to something your mind automatically
focus upon that one thing. This process of shifting in your
mental awareness to a single object amplifies and concentrates
your thought energy. This process is very similar to that
of going out into the day and starting a fire with a magnifying
glass. See the chapter called Mental Training Methods.
Your Intent Determination
Intent determination is the thought process that sparks the
emotions to complete the manifestation process. It is your
ability to say, "This is what I’m wanting".
It is an attitude, a mental directive that instantly directs
all of your will, all of your mental thought; all of your
determination into one focused and concentrated point.
Your Emotions
Your emotions are the gunpowder behind your thought directed
manifestations into the physical world. The more emotional
gunpowder you use the stronger and faster the manifestation
process. You can use either positive or negative emotions
to manifest. Since most individuals are not even aware enough
to be aware that this process even exists let’s discuss
both for their benefit. History has shown us that it is easier
to destroy that create. That is to say that you can tear something
down faster than you can build it. It is the same with manifesting
either negative or positive emotions. Let’s take a look
at both.
Negative Emotions
Negative emotions always destroy and create sickness and disease
processes. Some of the more powerful negative emotions are:
1. Anger
2. Criticism
3. Guilt
4. Resentment
5. Bitterness
6. Rage
Now here is the thing with negative emotional manifestation.
They create within you all of your illnesses, sicknesses and
disease processes. The conscious mind has the ability to reconstruct
and alter the unseen Life Force energy surrounding your body.
This negative thought-form manifestation creates weakness
within your body’s aura and the onset of this destructive
energy starts to tear down and destroy the biological tissues
it is directed to.
Let’s consider Guilt for a moment. The emotion Guilt
invokes the negative manifestation of punishment by the unconscious
mind and therefore it produces pain within the body as emotionally
directed to a target organ or tissue. Erase or forgive the
guilt feeling and the punishment and pain manifestations immediately
go away.
Negative Emotions Target Your Body Organs
Here is another interesting point about the manifestation
of negative emotions - they target specific organs. Most target
the liver. Yet they also target the heart, kidneys, spleen,
gall bladder, pancreas, bladder, colon, digestive track, stomach,
etc. Where every you see sickness, illness, or the disease
process is the target tissue.
Spontaneous Healing
Here is yet another interesting point about the manifestation
of negative emotions. When I learned the wonderful healing
process called "Spontaneous Healing" I learned that
the body was not the causative area, it was the spirit. I
remember reading in the scriptures where Jesus said, "God
sees not man as crippled, except in his spirit". Transforming
this meaning into present words is that the sickness, illness
or disease process in not found within the body, it is found
within the spirit. Hence, healing the spirit will automatically
heal the body.
Positive Emotions
Positive emotions always create lasting manifestations. And
some positive emotions create everlasting forms. One everlasting
or eternal form that most individual are not aware of is his
or her own spirit. Your spirit was created perfect and whole
by our creator God. Some of the more powerful positive emotions
are:
1. Love
2. Joy & enjoy
3. Happiness
4. Good & goodness
5. Fun
6. Passion
Of all of the emotions the strongest are the positive ones.
And of all the positive emotions the strongest one is love.
Manifesting with love creates something that will last eternally.
Some people have asked, "How long is eternally?"
And I respond by saying, "If you multiply love by infinity
and take it to the depths of forever you will still just barely
get a glimpse of how long it is."
Words Make A Difference
Here is another interesting point about the word concepts
associated with thought directed manifestation. The two words
are:
1. Wants
2. And needs
And sometimes the difference between positive and negative
emotions can be a very subtle one. As an example the word
"Wanting" is a positive thought form manifestation
while the word "Needing" is a negative one. Let’s
take a closer look at these two words.
When you only focus you conscious mind on what you want, your
Lower-Self or Unconscious mind generates positive emotions
for the manifestation process. However, when you focus your
mind upon what you need, your unconscious mind generates negative
emotions instead. At first I did not understand this unconscious
mind automatic process. But when I learned that "Negative
emotions are generated when you give thought to or focus your
mind upon the lack of what you are wanting". In other
words your unconscious mind sees the lack of what you are
wanting as a need or negative emotion.
Here is another example of words making a difference in manifesting
with negative or positive emotions. Let’s consider these
two words:
1. Tolerance
2. Allowing
Are you tolerant of others and what they generate or manifest
for themselves or are you allowing. What is the difference
between tolerating and allowing? Tolerating and allowing are
two different emotions that are generated by the unconscious.
When you tolerate, even though you allow others to manifest
that which they are wanting you still are feeling negative
emotions about what they generated. And that is not good for
you. So, those who tolerate feel negative emotions. And those
who allow do not feel negative emotions. This is the major
difference between the two. But the question remains "What
is an Allower?"
An Allower
An Allower is an individual who does not direct his thoughts
or mental attention to look, listen; or pay attention to those
things he does not want to experience. He has learned to take
his eyes and thoughts away from that which he does not want
to draw into his life’s experience. He understands that
he is the creator of everyone in his own life experiences.
He lets others be their own creators of those things they
manifest. He is glorious in his own creating and willing to
allow others to experience the glory of their own creations.
You will know when you have achieved the mental level of "Allowing".
Allowing means that you are willing to allow another their
own life experiences even though they are not allowing of
your experiences. Allowing means that you are able to be yourself
without feeling negative emotions towards others even when
they do not approve of you or your manifestations. Allowing
means the mental ability to be who you are and remain positive
even when others do not allow you, approve of you, or even
like what you are. You will know that you have reached the
spiritual level of the allower when you can look into this
world and feel joy for everyone, everything, and every experience
all of the time. When you can do this you have become an Allower.
As an Allower you know the difference between positive and
negative emotional manifestations and which experiences contain
joy and which ones do not. And when confronted with either
you have the discipline to participate only where there is
joy. An Allower knows that negative emotions bind and destroy
you. There is a saying within the spiritual community. It
goes like this, "I have met the enemy and it was I".
I am responsible for how I feel and everything I bring into
my physical world.
Unconscious-Conscious Mind Automatic Communication
Now, when you give thought to any negative emotion and start
the process of manifestation your unconscious mind generates
a negative feeling within your body. Generally it directs
this feeling to your solar plexus or heart regions.
The Unconscious mind knows and follows the laws of attraction
and deliberate creation because it does not know which emotions
you want to generate. So, as a protective guidance mechanism
it will generate feeling of good or bad to confirm your creating
emotions. So, as soon as you make the decision to manifest,
whether it was intentional or unknowingly your Unconscious
mind generates a confirming sensation as a form of coordinating
crosscheck communication. In other words, you will always
know right from wrong. But you must be paying for this crosscheck
signal.
If you decide to focus your mind on the problem you become
it. If on the other hand you decide to focus your mind on
the solution you become it instead.
When you focus upon the solution your unconscious generates
positive emotions. When you focus upon the problem your unconscious
generates negative emotions. So, remember in word form thought
manifestations, while the difference are subtle nevertheless
they are very important differences. When you feel positive
emotions during the manifestation process you are attracting
into your life’s experiences that which you are truly
wanting. But when you feel negative emotions you attract into
your life’s experiences those things that you do not
want. So here is the simple solution to manifesting with positive
or negative emotions. Whether you are interacting with your
friends or just sitting quietly alone and you feel negative
emotions, remember this manifesting process will always create
destructively and should be stopped - immediately.
